Shipping and Return Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES

  • Orders are generally shipped 1-2 business days after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

RETURNS

  • You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
  • International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment
  • Some items may not be shipped to certain destinations due to country restrictions. It is the customers responabilty to know if you have selected an item that cannot be shipped to the receiving country.
  • The customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
  • International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges. Any package not accepted by the receving party will be treated as abandoned and will forfit any refund.
  • Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to One Drop Flavors upon delivery will be rejected and the package will be abandoned.
